PREFORM PET FLAKES

PET has a high contribution in the manufacturing of products that we use on a daily basis. Plenty of plastic bottles can be seen around us and most of them (99%) are made of PET plastic due to its excellent mechanical and chemical properties. PET is recyclable material and adds a great value to green environment and cost reduction. The PET recycling process follows the steps as collection, sorting, crushing, washing and packing of the PET flakes. The major PET waste sources are post-industrial waste and post-consumer PET waste. PET flakes can be of different qualities such as, cold washed, hot washed, size of the flakes etc. Every application of PET flakes has its own specific requirements. PET flakes are mainly used in PET bottles, PET perform, thermoforming, food packaging, pet strapping and polyester fiber manufacturing.

LDPE Clear Film Scrap 99/1 Plastic

Low density polyethylene. Most often used for the production of films, which are mostly transparent and soft to the touch (as opposed to films of HDPE). It also serves for the production of cable insulation, shrink packaging, plastic bags, containers, baskets and boxes, slides for children's playgrounds, modifications of asphalt mixtures. It is a light elastic crystallizing material with heat resistance without load up to 60°C.
